2. Service Description

GEB — Gesture Beats is a mobile application and web presence operated by TNAADO Inc. The application enables users to create music and beats using body gestures detected via device camera, powered by on-device AI technology (MediaPipe) and cloud AI services.

GEB is currently in pre-launch beta phase. The iOS application is expected to be available in 2026 via the Apple App Store under bundle identifier ca.tnaado.geb.

3. Third-Party Services

GEB integrates with the following third-party services. Use of GEB constitutes acknowledgment of these service providers' terms:

Stripe Inc. — Payment processing (stripe.com)
Supabase Inc. — Database and authentication infrastructure
Vercel Inc. — Web hosting and deployment
Google LLC — MediaPipe on-device gesture recognition
Groq Inc. — AI inference for beat generation
Apple Inc. — iOS app distribution via Apple App Store

4. Intellectual Property

The GEB name, logo, application code, AI pipeline, and all associated creative works are the intellectual property of TNAADO Inc. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any GEB intellectual property is prohibited.

“TNAADO” and the TNAADO logo are trademarks of TNAADO Inc. All other trademarks referenced herein are the property of their respective owners.

5. Regulatory Compliance

5.1 Privacy Laws

TNAADO Inc. operates in compliance with applicable Canadian privacy legislation including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the Ontario Consumer Protection Act. Users in the European Union are afforded rights under GDPR where applicable.

5.2 App Store Compliance

The GEB iOS application complies with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines, including requirements for camera and microphone permission disclosure, data collection transparency, and in-app purchase handling.

5.3 AI Disclosure

GEB uses artificial intelligence (AI) to generate music suggestions and beat patterns based on user gesture input. AI-generated musical output is non-deterministic and may vary between sessions. Users retain all rights to music created with GEB.

6. Limitation of Service Availability

GEB is currently available for waitlist registration only. The application is not yet publicly released. TNAADO Inc. makes no guarantee of a specific launch date. Waitlist registration does not constitute a contract for service delivery or imply guaranteed access.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, TNAADO Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the GEB service. We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Any disputes arising from use of GEB will be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. TNAADO Inc. encourages users to contact us directly at contact@tnaado.ca before initiating any formal legal proceedings, as most issues can be resolved through direct communication.
